As a Southern girl and a busy mom, I wanted to "Spill the Sweet Tea" on how to make great southern dishes but also share some quick 30 minute meals for busy working moms. For as long as I can remember, I've loved to cook, bake and share recipes with my friends and family. Spilling the Sweet Tea is my way of sharing my family recipes, my love of Southern food and my quick go-to dishes for those busy school nights.
